About
Morning Star Ranch
Morning Star Ranch exists to serve, teach, and restore—helping people grow through meaningful work, strong values, and faith-centered guidance. We believe in walking alongside individuals as they learn responsibility, discipline, and purpose, offering not just temporary help, but tools for lasting growth.

We believe all individuals can embrace who they are, can define their future, and can change the world.
Our Mission
Morning Star Ranch exists to SERVE, TEACH, ADMONISH and RESTORE through faith-based programs that promote responsibility, growth, and community.
We provide a peaceful ranch environment where individuals can learn through hands-on work, mentorship, and meaningful connection—building skills and values that carry into everyday life.

Our Vision
Morning Star Ranch was born from a simple calling: to live a life of faith, service, and restoration in a place where people could grow, heal, and find purpose.
From early on, Andy and Rita Kay Isaacs felt drawn to a life rooted in the country—one centered on faith, hard work, and caring for others. What began as a personal calling slowly became something much greater: a faith-based ranch ministry dedicated to restoring hope and building strong foundations for individuals and families.
Through prayer and trust in God’s direction, they were led to Milano, Texas, where Morning Star Ranch began with little more than a pole barn, working pens, and a willingness to say “yes.” There was no grand plan—only obedience, faith, and the belief that God would provide what was needed, one step at a time.
Today, Morning Star Ranch stands as a testament to that faith and the many small miracles that followed.
What We Do
A Place for Growth & Restoration
Morning Star Ranch offers an affordable, secluded ranch setting designed to support learning, reflection, and renewal for individuals, families, and organizations.
Youth Outreach & Camps
We partner with local schools to offer camp opportunities to youth who may not otherwise have access. By working with schools, we ensure these opportunities reach students who benefit most. Many participants return to the ranch to continue learning and growing through hands-on work experiences.
Hands-On Learning & Leadership Development
We believe growth comes from responsibility. Through practical work and mentorship, participants learn leadership, accountability, and life skills grounded in faith-based principles.
Rest & Renewal for Those Who Serve
Morning Star Ranch also provides a place of rest and restoration for pastors, missionaries, and veterans—offering time away from daily pressures in a peaceful, supportive environment.

Why It Matters
Morning Star Ranch was built one day at a time, through faith, generosity, and service. Every building, program, and opportunity reflects a belief that real change happens through consistency, care, and community.
What began with very little has grown into a ministry that continues to impact lives—not through coincidence, but through trust, obedience, and purpose.
